Friday’s blog a private peak? Don’t look!

Hi there!
Thanks for dropping in.

How’s your Friday been thus far?
Ask me.
Go on, I dare you!
TGIF !!!

 No, not bad really.
A friend once told me that we have good days and growing days;
well this has been a
GROWING DAY !!!!

Found this picture.
Ingenious face-painting; spoke to me today!
Time to squint again...

clever huh?

But d’you know what?
It ain’t over till the fat lady sings -
and she ain’t sung yet!
In fact....

Still time to go for a little stroll in the late sun with Dave.
The disused railway will be perfect. No slopes!

Let me go find the man.

Tomorrow begins a Groovi Week.
We have got some excellent, brand new Groovi Plates
to show you, and I hope to blog some Groovi stuff !

love and hugs,

  18. Hi Barb, hope you and Dave are enjoying your wee stroll and glad Dave is well enough to get out and enjoy the countryside with you :-) Wish I could too, wish I could get out of here to anywhere, I'm climbing the walls, suffocating! Thank you for your posts, demos and banter, much appreciated :-). Beautiful sunflowers Dave got, only one of mine is flowering, something's been eating the growth tips, other than the slugs and snails. Hope you're both going to have a chill time this weekend. Maybe from you're Groovi week I'll see a step by step project that I won't need to think about so that I can climb aboard your Groovi train. Sending you both big bear hugs, love Brenda xx

  26. Just as well its the beginning of the month!! I wondered how you were going to 'launch' all the new stuff you would have tempted us with via the create and craft show. Only hope you haven't had Dave up all night making the new Groovi plates!!

  27. Sorry you've had a stressful day, Barbara, but I'm glad it ended with a relaxing stroll. I hope the sky where you are is clear enough for you to see the fantastic full moon out there. It's beautiful enough to be in one of your lovely artworks! :) I heard that this one is called a blue moon, because it's the second one this month (very rare), and that's where the saying comes from, 'once in a blue moon'. I can't vouch for the accuracy of that, but I heard it from a good source. Hope you manage to see it. It's amazing.

Had fun though singing along. I am hoping I can get the internet where I'm going if not a week of groovi to catch on when I get back. Xx

  39. And a sunny weekend is forecast. Enjoy both days and get out and soak up some vitamin D, much better than spending the day on a motorway or in a windowless studio.
Wishing Dave a continued recovery and some breathing space for you both.
